Wagyu beef is known for its marbling caused by intra-muscular fat. The meat usually has a sweeter and richer taste.  We stock South African Wagyu beef. We offer steaks, roasts, burgers and biltong. The MeatCart is registered with the South African Wagyu Society. All Wagyu sold at The MeatCart is certified South African Wagyu.
