Each of our prime Beef Angus Briskets has been hand-seasoned by our own Pitmaster. We spice only using only salt, garlic flakes and black pepper. Smoked low and slow over real oak wood for 6 - 8 hours, our Brisket is a tender, flavor-filled Texas BBQ Experience!
