Our Lamb sheesh kebabs is a favourite. Our base recipe originates from friends in Gabrone. We have added some additional spices to this base recipe.
We make ours the traditional way using a mixture of beef and lamb. The mix of spices include sumac, salt, fresh green coriander, green chilli, cinnamon, nutmeg and black pepper. Perfecting for a Banting diet. It contains no preservatives or additives.
Best served with steamy Safron basmati rice, drizzled with butter and lemon juice.
