Our lamb sheesh kebabs are a favourite. Our base recipe originates from friends in Gabrone. We have added some additional spices to this base recipe.
The mix of spices include sumac, salt, fresh green coriander, green chilli, cinnamon, nutmeg and black pepper. Perfecting for a Banting diet. It contains no preservatives or additives.
Best served with steamy Safron basmati rice, drizzled with butter and lemon juice.
