The ribeye offers a high fat content that renders into the meat as it cooks, creating an unbelievably juicy and tender texture, with a rich, beefy flavor. The Tomahawk is a ribeye still on the bone, which has been french trimmed. The bone add additonal flavour that makes this cut so amazing.
