Smoked chicken drumsticks. These drums are spiced with a Portuguese rub, and slowly smoked for 2hrs. They are super juicy. Just as tasty as thighs, but so much easier.
We pack them in trays of approx 500g
Allow to defrost and pan-fry or grill until the skin is crispy.
