Kebab koobideh is a traditional Persian dish made with ground lamb, grated onions and spices. From the streets of Iran to the finest of restaurants, these kebabs are immensely popular.
We make ours with a mix of lamb, grated and drained onions; sumac, salt, tumeric and black pepper. Perfect for a Banting diet. It contains no preservatives or additives.
Best served with steamy Safron basmati rice, drizzled with butter and lemon juice.
