Kebab koobideh is a traditional Persian dish made with ground lamb, grated onions and spices. From the streets of Iran to the finest of restaurants, these kebabs are immensely popular.
We make ours with 100% deboned lamb leg, grated and drained onions; sumac, salt, Safron, tumeric and black pepper. Perfecting for a Banting diet. It contains no preservatives or additives.
Best served with steamy Safron basmati rice, drizzled with butter and lemon juice.
